Scope
These terms apply to photographic sessions, enquiries and related services arranged with elegantfoto. Where a written offer states otherwise, the offer prevails.
Booking and confirmation
An online booking is a request for a session. It is confirmed when the studio confirms it, or immediately if automatic confirmation is enabled. Request-only services, including weddings and events, are confirmed only after we send an offer and you accept it.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the start, using the link in your confirmation or by WhatsApp. Later changes can be arranged individually.
Payment
In this phase, payment is made at the studio. Accepted methods are confirmed when you book. Prices include 20% VAT. Sessions on location may include a travel fee, which we state before confirmation.
Image rights
To be confirmed. The right to use the photographs — privately, commercially, or for the studio's own presentation — is agreed in writing for the individual commission. Until that agreement exists, you receive the images for your own private use, and the studio does not publish images of you without your consent.
Liability and law
We are liable for damage caused by intent or gross negligence, and otherwise as required by mandatory Austrian law. Austrian law applies. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction remains unaffected.
